Phurbu N Lama is originally from Bigu, Dolakha, Nepal, and currently resides in New York City. He has worked as an accountant for over 22 years, bringing extensive professional experience in accounting and financial management. He has also been actively involved with nonprofit and community organizations for many years and is involved with Digital Bridges 4 Nepal (DB4N), supporting its mission to expand educational and collaborative learning opportunities for students in Nepal.
As a Board Member of Himalayan Hope Network Inc., he brings extensive professional and community experience, a strong spirit of service, and a deep commitment to education and humanitarian causes.
